Project Description
Selfprint is an empathetic AI “photo-journalist” that helps users unpack and preserve the stories behind their life photos. It first uses OpenAI Vision on the uploaded image (stored in Vercel Blob) to ground itself, then carries a natural back-and-forth audio conversation via the Realtime API, asking gentle follow-ups and building a rich narrative. Finally, it turns the conversation transcript into a beautifully designed “memory card” — a printable, shareable keepsake that captures the moment, the people, and the feelings in warm, human language. The submission runs fully end-to-end in the browser, supported by Next.js API routes: upload → blob storage → vision analysis → realtime voice chat → GPT-4o memory-card generation → download/print.
